PPI scandal rumbles on

Personally I was baffled how the finance industry could get away with benignly describing such fraud as “mis-selling”.   If the real name is used it really isn’t surprising to discover that staff were instructed to reject as many claims as possible on the grounds that claimants would be unlikely to go to the ombudsman.
